Your health will be determined by you. YOU have all the power here and you just need to use it. To build yourself a body that will last you a lifetime, you need to treat it with respect and give it what it needs.
No two people are identical, no two training programs should be either. If you train for the body you want, within your current limitations you will see success.
In order for your body to perform how it must on the training side, you need to fuel it appropriately. Just like with training, no two people are the same and they should probably eat differently, within some guidelines.
